Metropolitan Police application for License Review of Club 65, 65 Goding Street

Following a serious incident on 24th July, where a member of door staff was shot, the Metropolitan Police have applied for a Full Summary License Review of Club 65, Goding Street.

This follows an Expedited Review, which was heard by Lambeth Council Licensing Sub-Committee on Wednesday, at which members voted to temporarily suspend the license. The owner has since appealed against these interim steps, which will be considered again by the Committee by 1st August. Members of the public are invited to make representations either in favour or against the Police's application for a Full Summary Review by 9th August (recommended 8th August) to Case Officer Mrs Esther Jones at licensing@lambeth.gov.uk or write to Mrs Esther Jones, Licensing Officer, 6th Floor, International House, Canterbury Crescent, London SW9 7QE.
