Community Pride awards 2016 nominations

This year’s Community Pride awards are now open for nominations. Last year, 85 nominations were received and we hope to get even more in 2016!

The awards will be combined with the Council’s Community awards. The categories are:

  • Resident of the year
  • Young person’s community award
  • Bringing your neighbourhood together
  • Innovation and enterprise award
  • Best garden award (individual)
  • Best garden award (community)
  • Best food growing project
  • Voluntary or community organisation of the year

These are for residents or TRAs who have gone the extra mile on behalf of their communities. The awards event for all shortlisted nominations will be in September. Last year’s winners will not be eligible to be nominated this year. For more details contact communitypride@lambeth.gov.uk.
